WhatsTheDx is a free daily diagnosis game for healthcare students and professionals. Each day brings a new clinical case: read up to five progressive clues and guess the correct diagnosis to build real clinical reasoning skills.
How does the daily diagnosis game work?
Every case reveals one clue at a time. In Hard mode you type your answer with autocomplete — each wrong guess unlocks the next clue, and solving in fewer clues scores more points. Prefer multiple choice? Easy mode reveals all five clues and gives you a single pick.

New cases are published daily across medicine, pharmacy, dental, optometry, physical therapy, occupational therapy, audiology, chiropractic, and psychology, so you can practice diagnostic reasoning in your own field or explore others.
